We are a well-established family run, local cleaning company with over 30 years’ experience with the provision of an outstanding cleaning service.

Imperial Cleaning Services challenge the way cleaning services are delivered, through seamless communications paths, strong support avenues, reinforced by our accreditations and awards.

We manage the cleaning and facilities provisions for a large variety of clientele base stretching out over an 80 mile radius outside of our HQ in Wiltshire. We currently employ over 200 exceptionally well-trained staff across the South West.

Strong support services

Strong support services

Our support teams consist of long-standing Imperial employees whose prime responsibility is to cover sickness and holiday absence, and at times this can be at very short-notice. The support teams are trained to the highest standard, and work very closely to the Operation Leaders on a daily basis.

The support teams are spread across four counties to ensure short enough distance to travel should notice be given late. We hold regular training and safeguarding review meetings to ensure these teams are kept up-to-date with government legislation.

Imperial Cleaning Services is committed to ensuring that our staff are recruited, trained and supported to enable the highest quality service delivery to our customers. We know support for training and career progression is a critical motivator for staff and significantly impacts the quality of work, ultimately to the customer’s benefit.

All new staff, upon successful recruitment and safeguarding checks, receives a standardised and comprehensive induction based on British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICS) training standards and learning outcomes. Training is conducted periodically by our Operations Leaders, and our empowered on-site Team Leader’s.

We also understand it is crucial to run thorough security checks for every member of staff that is due to deliver a service to an Imperial customer. We run Disclosure & Barring Checks (DBS), on every employee at Imperial.

We are delighted to announce we were awarded the ‘Best employer of the year’ from Bath College.

We are also accredited to and members of BICS (British Institute of Cleaning Sciences), of which we align all of our training schemes, and methodology to. Our commitment to the highest possible quality standards has become the cornerstone and guiding principle of our organisation and our Quality Management System (QMS) is designed to meet the requirements of ISO9001.

We are committed to both, ensuring the minimisation of health and safety risk within the workplace, and can confirm we are ‘Safe Contractor Approved’, and ensuring we reduce our environmental impact to the best of our ability. Our environmental management system is entirely comparable to ISO 14001.
